Ohio Department of Medicaid's 2020-2021 Infant Mortality Investment

Since late 2016, the Ohio Department of Medicaid has partnered with Cradle Cincinnati and other Hamilton County based partners to reduce infant mortality. In the State’s most recent budget process, dollars were allocated to extend this partnership for a new period from January 1, 2020-December 31, 2021. Hamilton County partners will receive, through a single collaborative proposal process, a total of up to $2,920,000 over 2 years.

This is great news.

As in previous years, Cradle Cincinnati will lead the process that will coordinate investments in Hamilton County. Click here to view a complete overview of our local process for determining allocations.

This is a great opportunity for us to collectively expand the impact we make on infant mortality. If you have questions regarding this process, email info@cradlecincinnati.org.
