Programs and Initiatives
Moms, moms-to-be, families. We got you.
Cradle Cincinnati is a resource for moms, moms-to-be and their family and friends who provide you with support. With our community partners, we provide services, supplies, advice and education for your health and well-being before, during and after your pregnancy. Our goal is to see you and your baby celebrate their first birthday.
Our team of community health workers, dietitians, educators and advisors help women and their families navigate and choose services in their community that best meet their immediate needs before, during and after pregnancy. It could be getting baby a crib, helping mom schedule and get to doctor appointments or working to secure housing. Through Connections, our moms and the littlest lives in Cincinnati are never alone.
Queens Village is a supportive community of powerful Black women who come together to relax, repower and take care of themselves and each other.
We are shifting not only racial disparities in birth outcomes but also the conditions that drive inequity in maternal and infant health. We provide a safe space for Black mothers to support and be supported by their peers, connect, relieve stress, process trauma and build a better world together for ourselves and our children. With our members, we are collaborating and creating an organization with purpose.
Sharing knowledge and improving outcomes for every baby, every day.
We are a collective of healthcare professionals, passionately dedicated to creating and sharing best practices because we believe every baby and their family deserves the best start in life.
Mama Certified is a national pilot and collaborative project in response to a call from mothers in Hamilton County for a solution to provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions about where they seek maternal care.
The Cradle Cincinnati Policy Committee comprises community members and local leaders who identify and advocate for local and statewide policy changes that make pregnancy less stressful and healthy living easier
Kings Stand is a fatherhood initiative created by Queens Village. This community group holds space for Black fathers to have an outlet from everyday struggles, to connect with and have open conversations. They can grow and support each other in our work towards equity for Black women.
