Join Our Team - Senior Specialist, Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative
If you have a passion for the health of women and babies in Cincinnati and thrive in challenging roles, we want you to join us as we fight for healthier families.
Cradle Cincinnati is a small, dynamic team working to rally partners from around Hamilton County to lower the number of local infant deaths. We cannot do this alone, so our work is all about building strong partnerships.

- Connecting pregnant patients to social support including community health workers and home visitors.
- Reducing barriers to early prenatal care.
- Encouraging and creating opportunities for equitable prenatal care.
- Organizing learning opportunities for teams including consistent meetings and biannual learning sessions.
- Working with prenatal care teams at their sites to solve problems, develop strategies, reduce barriers and motivate toward success.
- Working with teams to be more patient-centered and to lower cost of care.
- Using data to drive care transformation at all sites.
- Communicating regularly with all partners about progress, next steps and needs.
- Managing a tobacco cessation grant and small team of Tobacco Treatment Specialists.
Partner with additional staff to integrate the work of the Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative into the broader work of Cradle Cincinnati.
