Join Us at the 2018 Infant Mortality Summit

As of 2016, Ohio had one of the highest infant mortality rates in the United States, with 7.4 deaths for every 1,000 live births. While rates have decreased in recent years, we have a lot of work ahead of us before every baby in Ohio celebrates his or her first birthday. This December, Cincinnati is hosting the 2018 Ohio Infant Mortality Summit, which will bring together national, state and local experts in maternal and infant health. Keynote speakers include Dr. Camara Jones, national expert on health inequities and creator of "The Gardener's Tale." Healthcare and service social providers, policymakers, community members and anyone who wants Ohio to be healthier for families is encouraged to attend.Registration is free and open until December 7. You can view the full agenda here.Keep these other summit events on your radar:
